Summer is the best time to build readers, and build on skills learned this past year. Our lists are made up of a variety of reading; picture books, chapter books, non-fiction and program readers. Some books are part of a series. Advanced readers enjoy non-fiction books as well, and many intructional books make for good summer reading, both for projects and knowledge. We built our Reading Lists for Kids LEAVING the grade listed. Kids leaving 2nd grade are ready to be turned loose! THis list includes a broad range - a few step readers for struggling readers, and some more advanced chapter books for readers ready to fly. Our selection:
Storytelling Princess
